frisee salad with steamed mussels, croutons and slices of baby carrots citrus dressing

 baby beets salad with goat cheese and segments of cara-cara oranges

olèa’s flatbread with house made farmer’s cheese, wilted winter greens and poached pears


second course

roasted parsnip, shallots and carrot soup


third course (select one item)

ricotta stuffed quail over farro with mushrooms and drizzle of port reduction

fish over chickpea puree, pickled baby fennel baby and pistachio and rose water sauce

beef bavette with roasted root vegetables and pasilla pepper and chocolate sauce


fourth course  (select one item)

chocolate cake with kumquats in syrup and whipped cream

cornmeal, orange and olive oil cake with amarena cherries in their syrup  and whipped cream

we use organic produce from local farms whenever possible and procure our meat and fish from humane purveyors.  we only use niman ranch meats and sustainable, wild caught seafood.
